Ocean Spray Farmers for Chefs Alliance
As a cooperative, Ocean Spray farmers know the importance of building and feeding communities and share these values with local independent restaurants. Restaurants are of paramount cultural importance in neighborhoods across our commonwealth and right now they need us. We know that by coming together, we can create real and lasting impact in our community. It is with that in mind, that we are teaming up with COREcares to support Massachusetts independent restaurants on their road to recovery. Join us in our support!
Funds Raised to Date

Our goal is to provide grants to as many qualifying independent restaurants as possible to help support the Massachusetts restaurant industry cover rent, utilities, and payroll costs. Ocean Spray is kickstarting the Ocean Spray Restaurant Community Fund with a contribution of $75,000 and will match up to an additional $25,000. If you are able, please join us in supporting our local restaurants. 100% of the funds raised go directly to Massachusetts restaurant operators, so the more we raise, the more restaurants we can help.

Who Should Apply For This Grant & How
- Affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic
- Massachusetts-based restaurants & bars
- Provide federal tax ID for your establishment
- Provide number of employees
- Provide 2-3 sentences on how you’ll use the grant in your restaurant or bar
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Funds are limited, and it is not guaranteed that each qualified applicant will be approved.
